there is something I would like to share with you. I have post this message on my Official site yesterday and this morning I would like to share it to the world… I’m searching a pro bono lawyer for this case. Hit me up or just give me your opinion on this i’m curious

The DRM compagny I wanted to use to protect my content with just decided that she don’t want me to use their software because the guy I’m talking too is Christan and what I want to do with the software…well he doesn’t agree on.
What a dick! Sorry for being vulgar on that one but honestly I’m not saying because he’s a Christan.  He’s a dick because I respect all religions and there is no way I can discuss that BUT as a company I think religion doesn’t have a place… It’s not like I wanted to do something bad with his thing… 
It’s the same kind of segregation like you refuse a service because the person is gay or you don’t like his hair cut or just because he doesn’t see eye on eye with you on a subject… Grrrrr…. I hate people like that!! I try to respect each and everyone of all the human that are passing on my way of life! from the bigger compagny owner to the guy who have no money on the street, for me it’s all the same! we are all humans! we don’t think and act the same way but in the end we are the same thing!

I guess so.. I have been talking to him for the past month and he knows from the beginning that it was for an adult website but the latest mail I have received was basically saying that he was a Christan and that he doesn’t like what I want to use his software for…
The name of the compagny is Haihaisoft DRM-X
On there website it made no mention that their services can’t be used for an adult website, and I am thinking that it is just this person and may not reflect the company as a whole, I would suggest talking to someone else in the company and if they still refuse you, maybe you should just turn your interest elsewhere.
As far as that guy, I think he did go too far in telling you that you can’t use his software just because you are in the adult business. His own personal beliefs have no place in business like you mentioned in your blog. I would say get in touch with a local lawyer and mention this because, in my opinion, he wasn’t justified in denying you.

Keep in mind that there are legal and cultural differences across countries. This company apparently is based in China, which may make legal issues tricky.
Morally, most people would agree with you; your differences from this person should not affect the rendering of services provided. But without a specific non-discrimination law in the company’s country of origin/operation there’s very little you can do.
You should certainly attempt contacting someone else in the company, in case this was an isolated event. If the company itself (not this single person) refuses to allow you to use their software for adult material, the best solution may just be to find a different company to work with. The legal recourse, though justifiable, may be inadvisable.
It may also be a good idea to ask other owners of adult sites where they get their DRM management software; this will mean that you can be sure that your site won’t be an issue.
The bottom line is, it might not be worth the effort and time involved, to do anything about this person who is refusing a service to you.
