you know, or identify as the GIF – Funny Skateboard (video?) Done.
You are a photographer and working with Photoshop… You should already know how you also make a GIF video?
But it would be preferable to do as Flash format. The file is in JPG files and would be smaller and the resulting image quality is much higher.
I am very curious if you know even without the help of your surrounding area and not think that Spunky or Diesel

But Ariel least one Flash animation last year, has also done!
The GIF animation but it was very good Ariel GF – ex. Meet Audrey.
Convert the GIF animation in Flash animation format is not a problem, but different from the original GIF images no longer make high-quality JPG and GIF to Flash would be the resulting quality of approx same.

It,s a frame by frame animation.. you take pictures by pictures and when you put all of them together it does this kind of animation
