Well, as I can see from this new design, and your “emo” hair style (which both the design & hair I love), that you were being very honest when you said your 2 favorite colors would probably have to be black & purple.
And speaking of that, I should have one of your surprises done sometime this next week coming up!!!!
I really hope you’re gonna like it.
And yes, you did read that correctly, I said “one” of your surprises…..I’ll explain it to you when I give you the first one next week….stay tuned, haha

Not at all I have no idea where you hear such a thing… I talk to Melody every week and she is far from that idea…
The problem I have with this new design, the two fonts used, is that it gives the impression it is a very young person’s site, even pre-teens, an emo Hanna Montana feel rather than a grungy skateboarding adult rock chick star? The colors are great though. Personally, I’d ditch the main hand drawn font but keep the rest. Sorry.

Just keep in mind,: its not the first and not the last time the design will change. Maybe you dont linke the coming design. But who knows. Maybe Ariel changes the design again in a few month.

I’m assuming the layout is live now? Nice, like the colors. The head font is fine to me, but the name “The Unplugged” doesn’t make too much sense. Sounds like the name of an all-acoustic emo-punk band.
Perhaps just, “Unplugged” or “Ariel Rebel Unplugged.” Just my two centavos.
Also, not sure if you have help doing your HTML/CSS, but I noticed your main #Content div is centered horizontally using some old-school CSS that can lead to issues. There’s a newer way to center your main Div using Auto margins, explained here: http://www.bluerobot.com/web/css/center1.html If that makes any sense, it may help in the future. Ok, I’ll stop nitpicking on code semantics, its a bad habit of mine! No more, I promise!
