YEP! …25 years old and I think I’m startling to get old… lol Let me explain you why I’m saying that….
Yesterday I had a girl’s night with my cousin 
 I missed her so much in the past 4 years that we didn’t had the chance to communicate for various reasons… yesterday was our night out so we went for some nice tapas and some drinks… We finished the night in my backyard with a bottle of passion fruit rhum that my mom brought me back from Guadeloupe a couple of months ago (amazing rhum btw) I thought I was holding the alcohol pretty well yesterday but wow I feel so shitty this morning… lol!
I guess I wasn’t holding that alcohol so well… lol! I remember when she went back home I tried on 3 different sexy outfits and danced on Max laps for a while expecting he would get in the mood and jump on me but no 
 He was too tired when I was ready to be push in the wall and take advantage of! What a shame! I really was in a party mood… lol I know I even tweeted some naughty things for the one of you who were still up at that time… lol
…I remember to party so much more and it seem that these days I need one full day of recovery after only one small night of drinking… So that’s the reason I think I’m getting old! I remember going out in clubs with my friends even if I was working at 8am the next morning. I was still top shape and ready to enjoy the day after getting drunk the night before…
I cant wait to see how I’m going to feel at 30 years old… sound pretty scary from where i am… lol!
The cool thing is that I still had a blast last night and I’m very happy to live these consequences after such great night

Well, I think you´re over reacting because of you said.
It´s scientifical proved alcohol slows down the human “Stamina”(Stamina means vital energy)
and makes you feel tired but alcohol is not the only reason
Been in a computer for long time slows your stamina, too, you should start working out, specially jogging 40 minutes per day and your heart and your lungs will get stronger in a month because of that ( believe it I did it and now I can stand longer in any moment)mmm, yeah, stop staying late, if you start sleeping in early moments of night, your body will relief faster I suggest you to go to a Spa. If your mind is relaxed your body will be too. So you shouldn´t feel old because of that

The answer is to keep practising. If you drink every night then you will eventually think feeling terrible in the morning is normal!
You little sweetie, you have to be more carefull on drinking, and also check out which drink blast you off, and which is more acceptable by your organism…
Also the way you drink is an important factor… But whatever the drink a full bottle is always too much…

Au contraire je vais te dire, tu n’as que 25 ans, le probleme c’est que tu est surement epuisée, essaie de limiter les temps de travail, pourquoi ne pas travailler comme avec un horraire exemple de 8am à 4pm ou qqchose du genre… Et le restant du temps, vas dehors profiter de l’ete, va jogger, fais du vélo ou pourquoi pas du monocycle (j’en fais et c’est vraiment bon pour le corps et la concentration, a cause de l’equlibre) mais bref trouve toi un sport que tu pratiquera regulierement, que tu aime mais surtout, petit conseil, le style 4:20 comme tu dis, n’est pas tres bon pour l’age physique… Mais ca c’est ton choix… Bref, tu est epuisée a cause de ces facteurs, sors dehors proffiter du monde…
Ton fan fidel qui tiens a ce que tu ne te trouve pas vieile a 25 ans,
