   i’m from Mexico and yes it is called “el Grafico” but this is like a section of the newspaper called “El Universal” the website is http://www.eluniversal.com.mx

   As far as I know, El Gráfico is a small publication apart from El Universal (one of the most distribuited newspapers in Mexico) but is from the same editorial and…I don’t know if this would help you wiht the contact thingy:

   creo en ese periodico lo que realizan es un concurso de “la chica grafico” donde aparese cada jueves una fotografia de una chica en una seccion de ese periodico y los lectores tienen que votar para decidir quien es la ganadora
